water=weight loss

I must drink more water. It's easy for me to eat too much at home when my body is really thirsty. When I was working, many moons ago, I always had a bottle of water nearby and would drink a lot. Besides being super healthy for me it also staved off sugar and munchy cravings. Now that I'm home with two ravenous boys, that would eat all day long if they could, it is easy to eat more than I should. So here I sit with my new water bottle close by. Watch out fat, you're being slowly washed away.

Now if only I could eliminate my sweet tooth................
